Greetings Minutemen,
I could use some help please. I am trying to reestablish contact with NMCB 62 Alumni Group Member Gary H. Thomas, CM3, who was on the 3rd and 4th Vietnam deployment, Mar 69 to Nov 70. The last time we emailed each other was Dec 2011. Now his email address mailbox is full and the phone number I had for him gives me a constant busy signal. His last known address was 4459 Barcelona Ln., Little River, SC. I hope he did not pass away. Any help locating him, his email address and street address would be very much appreciated. Thanks, Norm Hahn, NMCB 62 Secretary.

I remember Ray Lade from our Phu Bai deployment. He and I, along with a couple of other guys, had several discussions (friendly arguments?) at different times concerning various songs and artists of the the late fifty's and early sixties. It was through those discussions that we became aware of regional markets releasing the same song by different artists which went on to become hits in their respective markets. RIP my friend.

It is with a heavy heart I inform you that our brother, Ray Lade, passed on July 18th.
Ray's former wife Barbra called and said he had just spent a week at her home, was feeling better, but a few days later succumbed to a long term illness.
Ray was with us during MCB 62's 1st RVN Deployment to Hue-Phu Bai. Many of us remember Ray's great love of his 50's Doo Wop Records and fast cars.
For anyone who'd like to attend, the Memorial Service will be held on August 21st at 11AM at the Coatesville, PA VA Complex Chapel. Frank Pirrello, Pete Scolaro and I will be attending. Tommy Polizzotto is a possible attendee. Norm, thanks for posting, and Ravis thanks for your remembrance! V/r, Roman

Rest in Peace Brother!

Here's to you Ray - from the boys!
