This is EO3 BARKLEY I WAS WITH NMCB 62 From 86 to. 89 deployments. were Japan, Spain, Guam, and Italy. Had great times with the guys i would love to catch up with some of, like Greg Byers,Mike Lambert, Steve Fox, Doug Lawson (do the taper) and so many more. I am Jean Williams (wife of Tommy (Willie) Williams. I grew up in Gulfport, MS with Don Hair. He would be about 66 years old now. I don't remember if he went into the SeaBees after graduating from high School. To be best of my knowledge, he still lives in Gulfport. His parents are Tom & Leone Hair. Hello. I am trying to locate anyone that served with my 3rd cousin, CHARLES ERNEST KOBERLEIN. He died in Vietnam from an incident that happened on September 29, 1970 (passed on October 9, 1970). I know he was an equipment operator 3rd class, NMBC-62 NC BDE (not sure what all that means).Most of my relatives are army, he is one of the only Navy guys and I want to learn more about him. I've been doing extensive family history and just want to make sure I have the correct info for him.
Was he a bee?
I'd love to hear from anyone that may have served with him. He was born in Callicoon, NY.
